Got a call. said they were the IRS and this is the last time they will contact me before filing suit agains me.

I hung up !

I just got a call from this number also, it is a recording from the IRS saying the same thing, they are trying to reach me before filing suit against me and to return the call.  I called the number back from my work phone which is a police department and it wouldn't go thru.  So I called it back from my cell which is the number they called and it was a recording in another language for half the recording then says it is not a working number.  My phone also has an added feature to tell me who or where the call is from and it registered in Egypt.  I am sure the IRS doesn't out source to Egypt.
From my exp in my job these types of calls get people hooked very quickly and they get scammed out of a lot of money.. The IRS will contact you by mail first then they will contact you by phone from a number in AUSTIN TEXAS where they are located.  PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT THINK THIS IS FOR REAL... DON'T GET SCAMMED!  THERE IS NO WAY TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY AND NO WAY TO CATCH THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE.  They use prepaid or throw away phones and never stay on them long enough to get any trace.  I hope this saves at least one person from the damage that these horrible people do.

I was left a message to call back this number as the IRS is suing me too.  I did not call back
