My wife got a call from some Indian sounding guy claiming he was Allen Warner. He said that she applied for some internet loan in the amount of $350 and that it was deposited into our bank accoount back in January. He said that if we should send $450 now, if not then it will be $1500 when we go to court. He even knew my wifes SSN and who we bank with. Yes, this upset my wife and she wanted me to get a statement from the bank. She told them the bank account  was closed back in December and they wanted proof from the bank.

I received several calls from this number stating that I owed for an online payday loan and because it was late I owed late fees of $90.00. The mans name is Richard Hamilton from Financial Clients Investigation service in Seattle Washington. They threatened my job and they were going to sue me.
I don't owe the company so this is not legit.

I got a call from Financial Crimes regarding a loan they said I had with
Fast Cast.  Of course I don't recognize the name and wanted more information
and they said they couldn't give it to me.  They sure had alot of my information
and of course you get concerned when someone like that calls.  I would like
to report them to some fraud comepay, if you have or anyone has any
numbers or address I could report them too.

I just the same message with the same comments. he said he was a federal agent. GOTCHA.. I recorded the message and am calling my Commonwealth Attorney! He said that there were three FEDERAL CRIME charges filed against me! I have never had a parking ticket much less a Federal Crime. I have no idea what this is about but if a Federal Agent had charges on someone they would not call you on the phone, they would be at your door!
