    I received a phone call from this number as well.  They were looking for a friend of mine who had used me for a reference on a loan.  When I asked them who they were, they claimed to be from the Washington legal bureau of investigation.  When I googled their supposed bureau, the FBI showed up. When I googled their phone number, it showed up as a cell phone number  originating from an island near Washington state.  What a scam!  Thank you for your post,Jen.
