supposely I got a grant from the government for 7000.00 but they wanted 284 for it to go through.

I think it is a scam.  It made my daughter happy then she cried.......

Its a scam don't go for it her name is Sharron Davis which I think is a identity theft name

call from this number claiming to be the IRS filing a lawsuit against me....message was left by a different # 280 656 2322. Claims to be a final notice...

I received a call from 725-412-5617 who left a Voice Mail claiming to be from the IRS. The person who called had an foreign accent like they might be Iranian. I called them back several times and the same exact person would answer ever time. He answered the phone Identifying him self as the IRS. Claiming to cease my bank accounts and suspend my passport and Drivers License. The individual tried to tell me I have been filing my taxes wrong from 2008-2012 and that I owe them money. When I asked how have I been filing wrong they said that is not my problem. Then when I asked where their office was located they hung up on me. In the voice mail that they left they gave me this number to call them back on 206-855-5833.

Call from 722-492-5667 with a recorded message to call 206-855-5833 regarding an IRS lawsuit. I did not return call.

Call from 727-402-5697 with a recorded message to call 206-855-5833 regarding an IRS lawsuit.

got a call from the same number claiming a final notice from the irs..... i said to myslef final notice? i never recieved anything in the mail i called the 2068555833 and it just rang then when i called back it was busy.....scam!!!!!!!

Voice mail says they are from the  IRS and have been trying to contact me. Final notice that they are filing a lawsuit against me. I'm NOT calling them back at 206-855-5833.  Gotta be a scam.

Caller left a message claiming to be with the IRS. It was an automated call saying this was a final notice and that there is a law suit againt me and that I  need to call them back. Sounds like a scam.

Got automated message from different number called 206-855-5833 said that the IRS had a lawsuit against me and wanted me to get a pre-paid visa to sernd them $500.00, called police and filed a report. This number is a total Scam.

my call was from 491-677-6888. very official sounding automated message stating the exact same thing, irs, lawsuit, call 206-855-5833.

I to received this , it's a scam... Irs does not call you!!!

FRAUD CALLS.   They're calling my cell number so I can at least block them after the fact.

I've been getting calls from the 'IRS' threatening warrants for arrest and sheriffs coming to lock me up.

Even called them once just to see how far I could take it.  They ended up getting hostile and threatening before hanging up.

Todays calls came from 724-492-5607 (Pennsylvania) & 720-412-5637 (Colorado).   Message says to call 206-855-5833.
(Last month the calls were from  804-916-8700)

Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Wish our government would step up and do something about these scammers.

Guess it will take some Senator, Congressman or Governor (or a family member) to be called before it's important enough.

Till then....  Block the Calls.

Call came from 317-584-0000 to my cell. Left message that said. This is final notice and to call back immediately to prevent being sued. Call back number was 206-584-0000. I've been warned about this scam, Do Not Call Back!!!!

Computer call. Left message saying from IRS and lawsuit pending.  Called on 269-927-0000. Said to call back on 206-855-5833.  Scam.
