I got a call from this number saying that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call 206 866 5739 for more information

Got a recorded message saying the IRS was filing a law suit against me and to call 206-866-5739

got a call from the same # about a law suit  no way

Called stating a criminal case is being filed against me and to call back immediately or have my attorney call back and reference a case # and to not ignore this message because a fury is about to be unleashed on me and good luck.

Got a call from this number saying I'm being sued.

This "company" called and left an automated message (sounds robot) stated, " for your retained attorneys record, to return this call the issue is time sensitive, my  number 206-866-5789, do not disregard this message and do return the call. Now, if you do not return this call, and I don't hear from hear your attorney either deemly. Then, I can only do is wish you a good luck, as this situation  totally involves on you." I called this number, after more than 5 rings, a woman with a heavy accent answered, and asked my name and telephone number. I asked her what is this all about. She said that I called the "IRS". If I know the IRS. I said I do, and I started asking questions, she keeps on asking my personal information, then, she said hold on, and cal disconnected. I'm not sure, if this call is legit, or someone is scamming somebody.  Can anybody verify this?

I got the same message about a criminal case being brought against me.

Googled it, it is located in Bainbog Is, WA.

A total SCAM!! IRS does all ist work throught Registered MAIL. A**holes called my number at 2 AM.

Chris, I had two previous calls from this number saying that the IRS was suing me.  I called back and they started asking personal information, which I did not provide them with other than my phone number.  When I started questioning them, they disconnected the call, Yes... the last call said exactly the same thing as yours, and yes, they had a very heavy accent.  If I know the IRS, I know that they would contact me in writing if there was an issue with me.

Got the same exact vm this am (I believe she said "implodes on you"...and by "she" I mean the robot). They called @ 11am, but I work nights.  Just tried to call back,  rang over 10x & no answer of any kind,  not even another robot.

I just received the exact same message... I am pretty sure that it is someone trying to scam people by getting a hold of their social security number to [***] them over financially.

Got this same message.
