I just got up & not fully awake &had a message to call this # because there is an arrest warrant for me...after talking to them of what I could understand I figured it wasn't right..they said I could pay the 3500 dollars or someone would show up in 45 minutes to arrest me ..I called the sheriff's dept here & they told me,if someone shows up,call back & they will arrest them....very scary & makes me angry..thank you Nancy Bentley

I got a message from this number saying they were the IRS. And said that they were filing a law suit against me!

We have received several calls from this number saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against us AND we have an arrest warrant out on us. So which is it, scammers?

Same thing... 2 calls this AM saying to call this number because the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Number the scammers are calling form is 917-387-4638

Called my cell phone with bogus IRS suing me.  I hung up and they left a message wanting me to call this number.  Yeah, right, I 'm going to call back a robot call.

They said they were from the IRS and they were suing me

I came home and had (3) messages with Unknown Numbers and was told to call the IRS at 206-866-5848, that charges where being filed against me.  The last time the IRS had a question for my business, it was sent in a letter (what a Joke).

I got a phone call saying I have a criminal law suit against  me. I block the number then they call me from a different  number.

I got the same call from that number tio.

Same thing happened to me (6/19/15). It scared me terribly because i was told there was a warrant for my arrest. I hung up on them and I called my local police dept. and inquired about the validity of the warrant. They informed me that there was no warrant, and it was a common kind of fraud. Don't pay them.

had the same thing happen to me. Said they were IRS and they were going to sue me. Supposed to call them back. First ot all it doesn't work that way. Hung up on them.

I got this message as a voicemail - the message itself wasn't anything other than to call the number = bet it's the scammers and their machine didn't dictate the full message = clearly a scam = the IRS doesn't make phone calls.

I returned a call to this number to ask what the message was about and reached "Rosie".  She had a very strong accent and would not tell me anything other than the call was from the irs and she needed my name.  When I refused to government her any info she hung up on me!

Call from 206 866 5848.  Message stated IRS is suing us and to call back.  Nonsense.

Just got the same call.. sounded from India.  I really toyed with her since I knew it was a scam and she eventually hung up on me.  Same words about law suits, IRS and arrests.  Dang... I was born at night.... but NOT last night

I keep getting calls from this number as well saying the IRS is suing me.

They are also asking for a call back on 914-265-2260.
The IRS will not contact you like this saying there is a Warrent for your arrest.
