Called my cell & didn't leave a message. I called the number back and got a busy signal.

2069227872 / Illegal robocall.  Called without checking if numbers were on the no call lists. /  I'm going to learn how to hack phone systems, and I'm going to start launching attacks against persons and bots who call my home trying to sell me things.  I'm going to find out where they live and work, and hire thugs to slash their tires.  It's paid harassment in the disguise of solicitations.  Ever since I voted Ron Paul, these calls got out of control.  These calls are some sort of subterfuge and harassment type of action.  It just can't be a coincidence these telemarketers and bots are this bad at their jobs, and this desperate to repeat call phone numbers they know are dead end leads.  / FOUL!  Treachery!  LIES!  Let's change the dialogue about these numbers.  This is some sort of harassment, and not just a simple phone call.  Elevate the charges!
