This stuff freaks me out!!
And how do they get a hold of personal info- they never stated who they were with or what company was filling charges against me.

Called me and said charges were being filled against me for fraudulent activity associated with my name and social.

Received a recorded message for my ex-husband (which didn't surprise me) indicating there were two charges that will be filed against him in his county for fraudulent activity linked with his social security number.  I'm figuring it's a scam of some sort where someone would call the number back and give out their social security number.  I don't know who to report this stuff to so if anyone has any ideas, please list them.

this number called my work with a voice mail message stating they are taking legal action against me for a pay day loan that I did NOT apply for. they had all my personal info including my social security number. I called the police and filing a report. they said they were an arbitration company. a Mrs. brown answered the phone. I think she said brown associates.

They called me with the same recording. I try'd calling back and went to  a recorded back ground noise or music and left me on hold for about 5 mins. hopefully they weren't scaming me for $1000.00 a Min.

They just called me too.. I Google the # and it is supposedly a scam.

I also received the voicemail message that everyone else has received speaking of the 2 fraudulent charges, this call came to my place of employment.  I have not called back as I came to the internet to see if this was a scam first.

Report to the attorney general of your state.

I also received a call that said that I had two charges against me and that if I did not respond that they will submit a judgement against me.  I tried to call them back and their mailbox is full.

Same message...2 charges associated with my name and SS#  Whatever you do, DON'T call them back or you will verify your phone number to them.It's a scam!

My husband just received the same message on his phone as well.

Just received the same call, called lawyer, he would love to go after them. Scam

Same deal with me. They refuse to give a mailing address—if they did I would be able to send them a cease and desist letter.
