I've received 3 calls from this number today, so far.  I have caller ID and don't pick up unless I recognize the number of the caller leaves a message.  This one never leaves a message.

I keep getting phone calls from this number at work and my kids say the number keeps appearing on the home phone.  When I answer at work, there's no one there - frustrating!!!

This number also called me repeatedly and failed to leave a message on my machine or with anyone who answered. I finally gave them a piece of my mind and haven't heard from them again.

Have received 4 calls from this number in the last hour. No message.

I just got home from work and I had 14 missed calls in the last 6 hours from this number, no message was left. I called it back and the number says its disconnected. I reverse searched the number on whitepages.com and it says the number doesn't exist. My phone number is on the national "do not call" list. I think this is harassment.

I received 5 phone calls from this number. I picked up the last one and was asked for by name. I said that the person wasn't home and was then asked if he could speak to my husband-by name. No message was  left for the other calls. I went through the same steps as Carissa (above) and had the same results.
So annoying and somewhat scary that you can receive phone calls from a non-existent phone number by people who know both you and your husband's full name.

208-208-2000 called me at at 3:43 pm on 10-17-2012.  I live in Boise.  The caller, Derek, immediately started asking survey questions.  I asked him who he was calling from.  He said National Survey Compnay is the name.  I asked him where the calls wer coming from, he said he could not say.  I ased who commissioned the survey, he would not say.

His questions appeared to be from the National Education Association regarding the upcoming Idaho election where the unions are attempting to overhaul an education reform law.

I wonder, why would a Washington, D.C. union care about an Idaho election.  Oh, I know, they get millions in union dues from the state.

I asked him one more question.  Why should I answer his questions if he would not answer mine?

He hung up.

I have had 52 calls from this 2082082000 i called the phone company no help reported to the fcc and police
will see who will stop the calls first there not in this country thats why it takes so long get get a anwser from them

I was told the survey was paid for by the Democratic Party...wanted to know who I was voting for in the upcoming election and how I planned to vote on the Luna Law...I too live in Boise.

My mom received a call from this number on Monday.  It was a man named is Tony.  He told my mom she won some money and that she needed to wire some money to Costa Rica and a courier would come to her with her winnings.  She ALMOST fell for it by going to the bank for cash and then going to KMart to wire the money.  She felt impressed to NOT do it.  He has been harrassing her several times a day now.  DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL. He had her name and address and once she said she wasn't going to do it he became very irritated with her.  He is still harrassing her.  Police are now trying to trace the call.

We got calls every 15 minutes between 4 and 6 today.  I called the number - disconnected.  Some sort of spoof, i guess.  How do we stop it!?!!

I got 20 calls from them, they should be lynched!

After 14 missed calls Tuesday (see my post from 10/17) I again had 11 missed calls yesterday. This number called a 12th time and I answered. A lady asked for me by name. It sounded like a call center call. I pretended to not be me and insisted she leave a message. She said she had some questions about the upcoming election and that she would call back another time. I told her not to and I've not received a call from this number since.

That's annoying
