two calls from this number (2/20/2012) - left no message - called back, got automated response that my caller id is not recognized and to enter the number I registered from (HUH?) - - seems the call was from AC Warranty - see my complaint about this company on www.ripoffreport.com - it has been nearly thee weeks since I sent the defective generator back and they are just now getting back to me.

Correction:  (208) 209-2435 apparently is an out-bound only phone that belongs to Mark Polanco at All Power America.  When anyone tries to call in, it acts like a voice mail pickup line - where you have to input your phone number and PIN to pick up messages - never - apparently - intended as a "Call Me" number but is possibly just an "In House" system - if the system doesn't "recognize" the number you are calling from, it demands you give it a recognized number and pass code.  STRONGLY suggest you read my history on this at gabbyjim.com or on ripoffreport.com (multiple entries there) and NEVER do business with All Power America.

2-24-12, 10:30 AM:   Over the past 2 months, I've rec. several calls on my cell,  from;  (208 315 - 2435, with a recorded message, "to lower my credit card rates, press  1,  to speak with a operator,  press  3 to be delete from receiving these calls.    I  dialed  3 !   Every time I have received a call !    Still,  NO  STOPPING  THE  CALLS !   I do wish,  I could send a shock, down the fon line, too get-um !

Called to my cell phone - automated message system for legal services.  Always illegal to call cell phones with automated equipment like this and recently illegal to do it with non-cell numbers - regardless of your business relationship.  I pressed 1 to speak to a representative.  Rep said that I was called because I opted in - that's a lie - I never opted in to receive calls and have no dealings with any legal service firms.  Second she said she wanted to confirm that I voluntarily called her firm for the purpose of legal services and before allowing me any chance to answer, she started in on a script about legal services I might be interested in.  When she paused for an answer on that topic, I told her that her first question was for me to confirm that I was voluntarily contacting them in the first place and I told her that I wasn't and she said goodbye and hung up.

I reported on Federal Do Not Call List web site.  Shady firm doing business illegally and getting clients to agree to their outbound lead generation services probably under false pretenses.  This firm should be shut down and the owner fined severely.  Jerks operating firms like this have created untolled frustration for people and continue to do it regardless.

Got a call from this number this past week.

Have been getting calls from this # and they have never left a message. I have a no call phone # so I would like to report it.

Thank you! Gabby Jim, if what you are saying is true, you have saved me the headache that comes from dealing with scammers. I will continue to ignore these calls.

Note: I have set my phone to beep once if someone who is NOT on my contact list calls me. That way I don't have to fumble with my phone when these people call me at the most undesirable times. This is what I have chose to do. However, it may not be an option if you get calls you don't want to miss from people who are not on your contact list.

http://www.gabbyjim.com/Do-Not-Call-Farce.htm.  (Case Sensitive, trust me!)  No worries, nothing harmful there - I don't even count visits.  I worte the page myself just because I was ticked at all the folks out there breaking the law and scaming the system.  Here's a way to make them go away.  At least for a little while.  I don't even have any affilliate marketing there - yet (10/1/2012) - although I may, in the future, put a few ads there to try to pay for the hosting.

I said, "(208) 209-2435 apparently is an out-bound only phone that belongs to Mark Polanco at All Power America."  I may be mistaken on that (see other reports on this number), but that is what it seemed at the time.  However, on reflection, All Power America is located in California, and 208 is an Idaho prefex.  Doesn't mean he wasn't using a cell phone from there, just unlikley.  See my help on this at:

I have had this number since 2015.  I am not a scam nor what any of these others have listed!
