Got a call from this number 2 days in a row, one ring and hangs up... calls around 1:30pm daily

Some stupid company with rewards thingy. Called me a few times. I called back and pressed 2 to be placed on their "do not call" list, but I could have sworn I did this exact same thing last week.

Got a call from this number few minutes ago (9:03 am).....local area code (208)....left no message!

This number called me twice now this week. No message- nothing. Very annoying.

When will call centers realize people do not pick up calls unless they know the number or are expecting them.

When I answered there was silence. Said Hello 4x then just hung up.

They called me today and yes its only one ring. They are talking about some rewards program that I am eligible for a 100$ rewards card and if I register to their rewards program every purchase I make with grocery and gas is 50% off something like that. Here is the interesting part, they asked me my credit card details at the end to mail the card to me, which I didn't.

People dont give them any information. It is a credit card fraud.

I got another call today from this number and they ring once and don't leave a message!  Annoying [***].. with all these complaints wont someone do something about this already?  They are calling my cell phone!
