    I got a robocall hang up with a dead silence that took several tries to get a dial tone.  I am on the do not call list.  I do not answer surveys.  I hate robocallers for any reason.  I emailed them back and filed a FTC complaint about the robocall hangup.  There are rules about robocalling disconnects/hangups/silence calls.  I *69 them back, which is how I found out it was Mountain West Research Center in Pocatello, ID.  They were fined for polling calls in New Hampshire for not disclosing which political party they were polling for.  Morons.
