John Webb called my work and cell phone I called back to ask for address Individual became very rude and said send them my wife or daughter and he would have sex with them.

Have been calling my phone and tell me I have a lawsuit against me won't tell me who they are just say it is a lawyer office I told them I am going to contact law enforcement

U should call law enforcement to be safe to protect your family

Called and said they were a law firm hired by a loan company that is sueing me and that I will be arrested.

This is too funny, apparently I owe some Hadjis 8k Lmao. It's a super scam, it's a shame it probably works some times.

Total Scam! Called my wife and said that she owed money (which she does not) and that she will be arrested and incarcerated on Friday if she did not pay.  Sadly for them I just graduated law school and I got on the phone.  When I asked them questions they lacked the answers, when I said that I was going to notify the authorities of their call they quickly hung up.  

Scam company claims there's a lawsuit against you. Refuse to give information about it, rude people when confronted... had them call once pretending to be n officer but refused to give a badge number.  Don't bother with them

Got a call from them earlier today. Said I owed on a loan I got online. Couldn't tell me exactly which loan I defaulted on however my bank statements tell me who and when their payments came out to show I have made my payments. Said I would go to jail and be picked up at my home or work when the warrant is issued.

Said they were calling from Jane & Fuller Law FIrm

Called and said I had an extreme matter of importance and must call back either or I my attorney......It is a total scam....do not fall for it......

Have received several calls asking for a particular individual (we are a staffing agency) - told them the person does not work for us and to take our number off their list. They proceeded to tell us this individual "will be arrested tomorrow." The caller had an accent. Glad I found this site to verify the scam - would like to know where/how to report it.

I work at a law firm & just received a phone call from this number. They were very rude &  kept demanding to speak to a co worker of mine. I asked what this is in reguards to. He said it was none of my business. My response, "It actually is my business." And hung up.

I received calls to and I even got a called from the 911 department is it really a scam or what

This number called me today about every 2 minutes for 15 minutes. Both male and female people with accent (like Chinese), as they were hard to understand. Asked me if I knew my name had a legal case against it

Called here today, I am a Political Science/Gov Major with a Concentration in Constitutional Law. Nice try. . . LOL Rachel (laughing, because there is no way this woman's name is Rachel) demanded my information because of a lawsuit. I told her, "How interesting, IF this is a lawsuit, you already have my information. I DO NOT give out any personal information over the phone and all legal matters are to be sent "IN WRITING" to the defendant in the mail. Please mail any information." I then hung up. This Indian women then called me back and left a message saying how dare I hang up on her (still laughing), that she was expediting my case because she did not like my tone (Freedom of Speech, the Constitution does not cover your feelings and it does not dictate how I need to speak) and I better call her back. Pfft, yea, right!

Got a call to saying i need a lawyer dont no why either its a loan pkace to dont owe them [***] tho

i just got a call from them too!  really scared me.. i applied for a personal loan over the internet.. ithink that is how they got my info.  called me at work. im going to the police after work.

I've gotten several calls threatening me about a warrant being issued to arrest me regarding a loan that I "supposedly" received online. When I told them I had never rec'd a loan or heard of the company, and began asking questions, they got very rude. Lucky for them I got super rude with them especially if your not providing me with the info I need, for instance, what loan company? They could not tell
me or how much the loan was for. After going back and forth, they eventually hung up on me!

Got a message yesterday saying I was " to call them the second I got this message". Said his name was James Small. Returned the call asked for him was told he was busy. He would help me. Told me I was going to be sent to jail. Said I had no idea what he was talking about. He said on my Godt we have been contacting you and received no response. This was the first time calling me said I owed some pay day loan company money and would be arrested and put in jail. They would come pick me up at work or while I was driving. Said I was being charged with fraud and money laundering. I told him to go Fxxx himself and hung up. Got two more calls from him yesterday.  Tried calling the number for about 2 hours today. Was busy. Finally got through and asked him what law firm he was with and he hung up on me, Called him back asked again and he said Jane Fuller. He gave me the name and address. Asked  who I was and I told and that I needed it for my attny. Told him never to call me again and he hung up on me.

I just got a call from this number today, and they called me before on Thursday, 6.5.2014. The guy "name" is "Michael Grey" but i dont believe it.
