Same old scam - Hi this is Rachel from Credit Cards Services - please press 1 to lower your interest rate. They called my cell phone number 3 times in 1 hour today. I have received these same calls on my landline for over 6 years always with a spoofed number. Why the authorities cant find these scammers and lock them up is beyond me. If I could find them, I would kill them - end of story.

Received a call from this number.  Do not know who it is.

Called on my cell phone, no message or caller ID. Originated in Island Park, ID

This unknown number called yesterday, but failed to leave a message.

Didn't answer the call but CID came up Richard Hodge.

Jeez...just called again.  It's a credit card company talking about lowering your rates and it's urgent.  SCAM!!!!!

Came up as "Richard Hodge" on my called ID. Left no message

When these calls come in i usually set the phone by the loud speaker unless im in the car then i use the car horn to let them know im interested.

I get multiple calls from Rachel (and other people) calling from this number and other numbers. They are always calling from Cardholder Services. You can press 3, supposedly this removes you from their files. (But I think it only takes you out for awhile, until they buy another name list). They apparently don't cross reference new data bases with old ones.

didn't pick up because I thought it was a bad number from Idaho, don't know anyone there....looked at other messages, so I know not to block the number...they call over and over and over, so sick of it

i get that these are bottom of the barrel companies and employees, but why do people get so upset to where they'd "kill someone" for having a crap job?  don't answer your phone.  done.  if it weren't for scum jobs like this, there would be a lot more unemployed govt workers whining about something.  it keeps losers off the streets and away from me. I only checked here because I was wondering if it was someone important.  I wouldn't answer either way.  i'll call you back.  or not.  does it really matter?

I have heard that pressing 3 just verifies that it is a good number and your number gets put on a valid phone number list which is more expensive than a random type list.  Don't know if that is true or not.
