It's IC System, collection agency, they have been using various phone numbers in order to call, 603-414-1929 is another they use.

IC Systems on behalf of AT&T - they also call from 202-870-5875 & 651-204-1362 & 651-204-1347

They never leave a message but through my research on here I've figured out is the collections company for AT&T

I want to know who they are.

grrr....they just don't stop.
I am making payments directly to AT&T.  next week will be last payment...will the calls continue?
To my cell phone too...isn't that illegal.  I have asked them to stop, told them I was paying AT&T directly.

I purchased a T-Mobile, pay as you go, a few months ago here in Klamath Falls, ID. Ever since, I have received MANY calls from several different numbers from Collections Agencies, such as this 2087580221. Obviously, the former owner of this number owed many people and are after them. I tried answering this number, but was never able to speak with anyone. Besides, I understand that these collection agcys. do not respond to my calls as I guess they don't beleive me when I give my name & number ( no longer the number of the "deadbeat" they're trying to locate). Very frustrating, and even tho I sent a complaint to the FCC these calls still persist !. What a system !!!!!

They call me on my Verizon burn phone...must be a prior owner of my number they are trying to reach...but answering the call would cost $$ so screw'em

This number calls me at all hours of the day and night. It is becoming a real nuisance.

this number is calling me every hour! I've found that it's probably collections for at&t. they screwed up my order and now they won't leave me alone.

It's IC debt collection. They call me 5-10 times a day, even on Sunday, and debt collectors are only supposed to call during certain hours of the day, and not on Sunday (same with telemarketers). It started out with a 201 area code, then a 202 area code number, now it's from this one. I just dont answer, but it is infact annoying. Last I knew, the first number, was an AT&T collection. Someone needs to inform them they've been paid! The first 2 numbers showed from D.C. USA, this one shows from Idaho, USA.

I keep getting calls asking for my name at work place...they are also calling about an AT&T bill that I do not owe...I never had a contract with AT&T...had their service for a 30 day trial after Verizon sold me to them....hated them...the service was awful...discontinued before the 30 day time frame...have proof I did this.
I have turned them over to an attorney service that processes these kind of illegetimate calls for free. They have been so rude to me telling me that I have a job and should pay my bills...again, this is not my bill...furious with AT&T...would never use a company that uses a collection agency like this one!!!

This man keeps calling even while we are already on bed late in the night.Calls on Sundays and most of all calls late in the night .
