Almost positive it is a collection company called NCO or NCC Collections..If you owe, it's them knocking at your door.

I'm not sure if IC System is part of the NCO NCC co. or not but I think this is a call from IC systems or one of their Co.s....This is another way to disguise who they are by using Coeur D alen ID which sounds like it might be a persons name but is not....I never answer a call before I look it up if I don't know who is calling......Don't be fooled this is a collection co. call I think......Why they are calling me I don't know because I do not owe any money and if it is about someone else I would not give them info even if I knew who they were calling about.......I have had 35 calls from IC systems and Boise ID  and now this Coeur D alen ID and have not answered any.......They don't bother me because I have the phones turned off when I don't want to hear the ring and I always look at the caller ID when I am taking calls......Ignore the idiots.......

it cant be the feds cuz they kick ur door in...so i have heard. what i see hear is all i need to know when i get sum more minutes on my phone i'll answer it and hopefully its a girl bcuz i have found in the past that if you start talking all naughty like...they tend not to call back. or mabye i should just pay my bills?

collector for sprint, 99% sure. it's the only overdue bill i have

yea they called me on a sprint bill that was taken care of a long time ago, they were asking me how I paid it, with what I paid it with and when I paid it.  Dude it does not matter how when or with what as long as sprint got their money who cares, I get 5 calls a day from them..  Debt collectors my rear, I dont think they are anything but scammers.  Give me your real name and real ID number.

that would make sense, I do have a pending overdue bill with Sprint, switched to another phone company, and they are supposed to pay the fees.  That makes sense. Yep, I agree with the other comments. I don't answer unknown numbers, so this helps, thank you.

These jokers call me at 8 a.m. almost every morning. Made the mistake of answering the call once the lady said it was a personal matter so I hung up on her does anyone know how to block these jerks

they are fraudulent company trying to get your info

This number calls my phone 15 times a day, when I answer they hang up on me. After having enough I called the number back and the operator was rude and would not tell me the name of the company. I had to look up the address and business associated with the number. This type of harassment with them calling a my cell phone should be illegal.

I am a girl with a boys name. So when a lady called from this number she asked to talk to my husband.  I knew it was a cold call because she was asking for my name. She then wanted me to confirm my address and answer a bunch of questions on my "husband". I said sorry but I don't feel right giving information to someone and asked who called. She "Alene" caller id says "coeur d Alene" got hostel and snappy on me.  She started to get mad saying are you refusing my call?!?  Over and over again. I asked to be put on the do not call list and hung up.

Fraud/scam Told me they were IC System but wudnt say what they do or what they are calling about without collecting a bunch of info on me. So I told them it doesnt work that way.  I dont give my info to strangers. When you tell me how you got my number, who you are, what you do and what your calling about, then and then only will I decide what info you do and dont get. Since then I route their number to voice mail and permanatly silence their ring. They never leave a voice mail because they are a scam posing as a debt collector for someone you do business with. So, problem solved.
