Did they say who they were?  They keep calling and I don't answer since I don't know who they are but they never leave a message as to who is calling.

its Credit One with yet another # they call from.....so far they are calling me NOT KIDDING 20 times a day from 3 different area code #'s even after I set up payments and am making them on time..They call all my cell phones and my work....I have reported then to the federal website that allows you to report harrassing phone calls

Calls with blocked ID. This number comes up on voicemail.  Voicemail is static.

They leave messages sometimes, when they do it is just background noise, i.e. other callers on calls and people talking about their weekends, etc... not very professional.

Another number associated with Cedit One is 866-364-1639. My boyfriend would always answer and no one would speak until one day about three weeks ago I got the phone a yelled three times, "Who is this!?" some guy with a heavy Indian accent asked if I was who I am, meaning he said my name and asked if I was her. I said yes. Right away he spoke to me like I owed HIm money, like I personally borrowed his money and that's why he was talking to me that way. I told him several times we were getting evicted from our place, that they had foreclosed on us and that I was saving what little money I had to possibly move if we couldn't make arrangements with the mortgage company. Get this...he said for me to send THEM the full amount I owed, no payments, more than $400 and that after that I could simply charge that amount to the mortgage company. Right! Like they're not going to freeze or cancel the damn credit card...if they haven't already done that. I went round and round with this guy for like 20 mins. I ended up hanging up on him. So now they're calling from this 208 area code number. Still not answering an unknown number. EF them for reals! I told him I'd begin making payments as soon as I got squared away with my mortgage company, that my boyfriend that lives with me lost his job. All he kept demanding was for my paycheck and some kind of payment plan that included automatic payments set up to go to my bank account. Oh man! Like I'm really gonna let them have access to my account! So yeah, the company is Credit One and they do make an average of 20 calls a day. I even gave that number a name on the cell: "[***] bill collector" so when I see that name pop up, I say to my boyfriend, "Oh look! It's our little friend calling us again right on time, as usual."

This is the most obnoxious collection service ever.  They call from every area code in the US and the most annoying is that they call at all hours of the day and night.  And as stated by other consumers...20 to 30 times a day and they do not leave messages.

If you have an Android, you can create a 'contact' and name it something like "DNA" (do not answer) or whatever you want really, and then go to that contact in your contacts list and press the 'Menu' button and choose 'Options' and check the little box for "Incoming Calls" and what this does is automatically sends them to voice mail. It never even rings! Since most collection agencies dont leave messages you never even knew they called. For the ones that DO leave messages, you can also set up your voice mail to automatically delete them! My "DNA" contact has 22 numbers in it that cant call me anymore :)  Dont you just love technology these days?

These puttsess even called me when I sent payment on time ,and it sat on someones desk there,not recorded yet as paid,one day later after it was due.I made them give me a free month and no late fees.It was their mistake and wasn t going to let them slide till I got what I wanted from them.I told them never to call me again and was very bold with them,and if they did ,I ll record all their numbers and sue them for 150.00 for each time they call for any reason.Even if they block the numbers,you can find out who it was anyways.Yes I love technology.You have to be bold with these people,and they will back down even when you say you will sue them and report them.Most of the time they will stop.

It makes no sense how these people call you all day and all night and on the weekends non-stop!  

I receive calls all day, even on Sundays, from this company from different phone numbers.  I have sent payment and it shows received at my bank.  They continue to call my phone all day long.  I just let it ring...I'm not going to listen to their rude spills when I have made payment!

Credit one harasses me, never stop calling.  And they are very hard to understand, terrible company to have ever gotten involved with.  I terminated my card with them, they are completely unethical.
