I didn't try to call back, but white pages online said it's suspected for heavy spamming. That's all I need to know.

"Congratulations!" for what?  Eating my cell phone minutes?

Received a call from this number on June 6, 2015  on my land line.  They hung up when the answering machine kicked on.  Blocking #.   If they can't leave a message or ID themselves then they get blocked.

Called and started with asking if I could hear okay then it interrupted me, clearly an automated system.  Then as soon as it said you've stayed at our resort recently (which we haven't gone anywhere in at least 2 years) I disconnected

They have called my cell phone lots of times but never leave a message it's annoying

Called my cell phone; left no message.

Recording saying "Congratulations!" Then it went on to say the government is offering ways to have your student loans forgiven.

I have no student loans. They called on my secondary line that I used to use for business.

Called and did not leave a message on my cell. Showed on phone as ID,USA

Caller left no message

called my land line phone,did'nt answer it.Left no message

I knew this was a threw- off, call having no purpose, and unknown to my household there were 3 rings, this number will  be BLOCKED !

Called and Hung up. No message. Thanks for the info here, I put the number on my blocked list.

I never pick up for a number I don't know!!

Recorded message. "Congratulations, you've won a 5 day Disney Vacation".  5th time this week.  And we are on the Do Not Call list too.
