Got a call from this number today... not sure who it is.  I do not answer calls that I do not know the number and I dont call back numbers that the person/thing has not left a voice mail.

I just got a call from this number, too.  I don't recognize it so I didn't answer it, either - being as they were calling on my cell phone, I'm not wasting my minutes.  If it's important, they will leave a message.

Also got a call from this number and no message and wasting my time and minutes

Received a call at noon (MST )on my cell. Automated message engaged when I answered stating I had won, somthing about travel and Mexico. I immediately hung up. From the other comments it seems these peple have access to cell phone numbers.

They must have access, they called my friends cell phone yesterday and mine today.  It is all in spanish, automated and something about winning money.  How do you report them?

208-991-1196 is a scam phone call from telemarketers. It is a ripoff.

I just got a call from this number.  I didn't recognize it.  There was a plus sign in front of the numbers so I was suspicious.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. So I looked up the number and got all kinds of websites.  Man, you can find anything on GOOGLE.

Just received this call on my cell phone.  The recording was in Spanish, so I hung up.

Same here, I just got a call from this phone #2089911196 2 mins ago, there was a message in Spanish, so I hung up.

Call received moments ago.  Thought someone from Egypt was dialing.  Didn't answer... frig these [***]; I don't need this [***] right now.

Also received a call.  Did not answer.  No message.  I'm using an AT&T GoPhone and I get these telemarketing type calls 2-3 times a month.  I'm guessing most of the calls posted here were also to the "burner" type phones that are popular with immigrants.  That would explain the spanish language marketing.

yeah i'd like to know how they get your number is it a random dialer or something also i am gonna try and block it will they keep calling you? and the wierdest thing is it was on my cell phone i got a month ago

me too. i was expecting a call so i answered it. automated and in spanish. i had a sketchy interaction w/ a cell-phone "exclusive dealer" this past weekend. any way they could have set me up?  ie. sold my number to one of these telemarketing lists???
