what is this I registered on the do not call list...why are they still calling? and yes it has been over a month

This number keeps calling my 10 year old's cell phone multiple times a day. This number is only for her to call home or for emergency only. The number has never been given out to anyone, yet somehow she gets several calls daily from 209-217-3659 and it is getting very annoying. Nobody ever answers when we pick it up, they never leave messages when we don't, and if we call back it is just dead air for 25 seconds and then goes right to a fast busy signal. Also, all our numbers are on the federal do not call list. These people should be prosecuted!

Yup, I get calls from 2092173659 often, no messages are left and no one there if I answer. I immediately called it back 5 times and got busy signal.  Called it again about 10pm and got the ".... Cannot be completed as dialed..."

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone which is registered with the Federal "do not call list"  So why?  It would appear as if this "do not call list" federal program is just another waste of taxpayers money!!!!  Apparently the government doesn't know how to stop this, so what good is this program???

received a call today, 12/02/14, no idea who these morons are - I never answer calls from names or numbers I do not know, so go waste your time and pick on someone else.

Another harassment call. I get at least one a day ever since I told "Credit Card Services" to shove it. What good is a law forbidding these types of calls if it isn't enforced?

Keep receiving calls from this number and another one that's a credit card scammer and will not quit calling..I don't answer but am on the No Call List but the Gov't might as well drop that program as it's NOT WORKING!  These idiots get around it somehow and evidently they're smarter than the gov't as they get ahold of our cell phone and land line #'s and continue to harass us constantly without being prosecuted. I've turned these numbers in to the gov't FTC but they STILL continue to call so they aren't helping either! Just don't answer & maybe they'll quit calling, altho half of them are robo calls.
