Just received what sounded like a robo call on my CELL PHONE from this number, in reference to amy credit card.  I hung up immediately before the message could complete.  I will report this number on the Do Not Call list site.

Caller ID on cell phone shows that the number is from Fresno, CA.

I got the same message.  [***].

How do I report the number too?  Woke me up at 5:30 this morning on my cell

I just got a call from the same number.  I stayed on the phone and had a nice chat with a gentleman who had an accent.  I think he was from India.  He started off by thanking me for being a loyal customer and making payments on time.  He offerred to lower my interest rate.  This was suspicious right from the start so I was sure not to give him any information and would advise that no one else does either.  He didn't know my name and, when I asked him which credit card he was talking about, he said "This is for your VISA Master Credit account with Chase, Bank of America, ...." blah blah blah.  He just rattled off a bunch of generic information with big bank names at the end.  Each time I ask him which credit card specifically because we have several, he just repeats that line again.  Now I ask which bank he works for and he tells me that he works for some third party so I start asking why he has my information and which bank provided it to him.  So he starts saying that he doesn't have any information.  I explain that, if he knows that I've been making my payments on time, they have information and I want to know where they got it.  He keeps saying that there is no information and eventually adds that the computer told him.  I start asking for a supervisor and he just keeps saying he has no information.  I keep cutting him off to ask for a supervisor and eventually yell into the phone.  He hung up.  I called the number back and got a generic message saying to press 1 if I want to be placed on their do not call list.  THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

I got the same call as Matt a few minutes ago. This is definitely a scam. Do not give them any information!!

Just got a call to my cell phone. Didn't recognize the number, so didn't answer.  HOWEVER....

The people behind this call most definitely bought my number from whoever is using 253-236-2044.  That number called me several times over a few days.  When I finally decided to answer to see who it was, there was no one there.  The purpose of that call was to verify that my number was "good".  Once I answered, they knew it was a valid number and then sold it to these people and at least two others who are now constantly calling my cell.
