Claimed to be the IRS and threaten lawsuit over a credit card dispute.

I got the same message from this # on my answering machine.  Claimed to be the IRS and was threating a suit but did not leave a reason why.  I called back and it just rang and rang.

Claimed to be the IRS and said this was my final notice that I was being sued. When I called the number it rang and rang. When I called the number that called me it goes straight to a busy signal. The number that called me is: 509-587-3092 and says it's from Brewster WA

I got a message from phone number 507-587-3092 claiming to be the IRS and threaten lawsuit asking me to call back 209-266-1395 I knew this was a scam so I asked a lot of questions like give me a supervisors name along with a phone number, the name he gave me was Robert Marin at 298-673-4110 I then asked his name and he said it was David Smith. I kept asking what division of the IRS did he work for and he stated to repeat the "F" word over and over.  Does anyone know how to get a hold of the IRS to let them know about this?

called and said this was the final notice and we were being sued by the IRS. Looked it up here, found out it was a fraud.

claimed to be IRS and threatened a lawsuit.  They said they had called before, but that was a lie also.  They left a message but I didn't return call.

had a call from 209-266-1395 stating they are IRS.  Has to be a fraud.  I did not return call.

Got a call from  what sounded like an automated message claiming to be the IRS and threatening that this was the final notification before they filed a law suit against me. The number was 209 266-1395. I would think this would be illegal.

On May 1, 2015 got a voice mail message claiming it was from the IRS, final notice they were filing a lawsuit.

This recorded message claims to be the IRS and it is a final warning on money owed. Its funny, they don't even say our name.

I just got the automated call saying that the IRS is suing the person on my phone number and to call them back at 209-266-1395.  THis is getting ridiculous.. Not only was my husbands bank card number stolen and used in two different states but now this.. and 8 other of my friends bank accounts were compromised as well. Different banks at that.

Indian- speaking individuals claiming to be from the IRS told me that there was an issue with several years of tax returns and that the IRS was suing me.  I could barely understand either of the gentlemen and repeatedly told them so. I requested the information in print and was told that all documents were held in Washigton DC and could not be released until I made my intentions clear.  Again, I insisted I could not understand him.  He became agitated and said that I would be arrested today.  He then hung up on me.

Forth time I have gotten this call from the IRS.  Twice on my cell and now twice on my home phone.  This is getting ridiculous. Claiming to be the IRS and that their is a lawsuit against me.

they claimed to be from IRS & threatened a lawsuit. when I informed them they are bogus & I will report them, they hung up

Same thing... same message. IRS suit  209 266-1395.
