Got a call from this number today - did not answer the phone because I was busy.  I tried calling the number back, but got the recorded message that the number is not in service at this time.  This call was from New Jersey.  I do not do business with anyone or any companies in New Jersey.

Bad experience that knows my name and vehicle information on my part made me many questions

You can't stop them unless you get your number REMOVED from the DNC list. Solicitors get these lists from the government because if you list your number to not be called they KNOW it is an active number or why else would you put it on the list. Wise up folks! Criminal phone solicitors don't obey the law and honor your wish to not be called. Get off that damned DNC listing. Hell, truth be known the scammers are probably having a good laugh when they read these posts. I turn the volume of all my phones to low and look at the CID before answering.

They call EVERY morning right after 8AM, never leave a msg.!

Received many calls, every day.  Never leaves a message.
