I got a call from this number on 11/19/15 at 8:15 am (eastern time). They said that they were the IRS and that I need to call them because I was being sued.

As did I.  Thanks for the info.  They need to get a job and actually work for a living like the rest of us.

Me too at 10:16 am 11/19/2015.  I want to call them back & tell them to get a life!

I received an automated call first from this 2096768517 number telling me I was being sued by the IRS. I called it back and a guy with a harsh accent told me they have tried to send me letters in the mail and after I cussed his butt out he hung up the phone. I knew it was a scam. My taxes are straight!

Same as above.  Scam.  Don't call them back.

Had the same thing happen today too.

This number called me at 6:30 this morning! I'm glad I googled the number instead of calling it back. It just didn't sound right.

They called me and told me about the law suit as well.  I've been calling them back and harassing them as well, and they called me an @sshole, and a jerk and told me that I was a loser.  Definitely not the IRS people and something needs to be done to shut them down.  I'm calling the police AND the Federal Trade Commission today.  BEWARE!  They are scam artists

same number called just a few minutes ago, it is suspicious. These people should be arrested
