I am getting my phone bombarded with this number.

I have received many calls from this number. Looking for Lisa, but says the company is California Cash Advance. His name is Joe Beir, but I doubt it. I continue to call back looking for the supervisor, but no go. Last time he swore at me. These people don't have a sense of humor. Scam, but call the number. If he has an accent, sounds like Indian it's him.

I got a call from this number this morningssaying that they are from the.irs

The same thing happen me, say they were from the IRS.It WAS IMPORTANT TO CALL THEM BACK

said they were the irs calling to collect a debt.  if not paid, i was facing jail time, loss of driver's license, and they were going to seize my belongings!!  hang up and file a report

We got a call today too, said he's from the IRS. The dude cursed my husband and called him the N word. Total scam!

Called and said they are from the IRS. And they are going to take legal action!

I just received that same exact call.  They stated that they were with the IRS and that in 2011, 2012 & 2013 I owed the taxes of $4,998.00 and if I did not pay them His name being Micheal Johnson but had a foreign voice. He I did not pay that amount, that my drivers license would be seized, I would have judgments against me, I would be arrested at my place of work and do jail time of 1 year or more plus fines. That a attorney will be submitting a file against me today if not paid and if I decided to go to court and I lose my fees would be in excess of $19,545.  When I started questioning him, he hung up....  I am reporting this fraudulent call.

I just received a call from this number. mind you an answering machine said she was an IRS agent named Nicki Johnson. I called this number and guess what no answer. I think it's a scam. Trust me if you owe IRS they will send you letters.

Rcvd message from 209-782-0039 IRS(?), agent Nikki Johnson. Will not call back because so far all correspondence for an ongoing audit has been through mail.

This number is now claiming to be calling on behalf of the IRS requesting an attorney to call back at the same number.

received a call this a.m. from Nicki Johnson ... sounded like a robo-call ... she was from IRS and needed to speak with us ASAP.  no way ... glad I checked and found out it was a scam.

Also been getting calls saying feom irs. I filed through h&r block online. Is that where they are getting our numbers?

I got a call this morning from this number saying it was very important call from IRS, I call them back the guy barely spoke English ask me my name 3 times, case number or SSI number.  I told him I wasn't giving my ssi number he hung up!  SCAM!!

I received a call from this number. Caller stated her name as Nicky from the IRS & left a crappy recorded voicemail. The IRS wouldn't call from a landline nor leave a half a*s recorded message,total scam.

Haha ya i got a call from him as well a voicemail from officer nikki johnson he answered the phone and i asked me a lot of personal info when i declined he said the police were coming to my house within 45 minutes... its been an hour and still no boys in blue he said he was from the irs

Got a message this morning from a person that identified themselves as Nicki Johnson with irs threatening legal action and leaving a call back number of 2097820039. I'm reporting this on the irs.com website for reports of fraud.

I have also received several calls from this number 209-782-0039  claiming they were IRS telling me if I did not pay I would  be going to jail...I told them okay at least I would have 3 hots and a cot! Lol they hung up on me...I tried to call number back low and behold it wouldn't go through. .....scam
