I got a call today on my mobile from an automated dialer telling me to press 1 to speak to an agent about a critical issue with my credit card.  So I pressed 1 and was connected to someone with a noticeable Indian accent.  I asked what the issue was and she replied that she could reduce my interest rate as low as 6.9%.  I asked which credit card and she said Visa.  So I asked which bank and she said Chase, Citibank, CapitalOne, and others I don't recall.  I asked how that was possible and she hung up.  This is an obvious scam to get people's credit card information.  I blocked this number and plan to report it to donotcall.gov as well.
