Got a call on my land line and the caller id said STOCKTON  CA.  Did not leave a message.

They called my landline. They seem to be located at 969 E. Fremontt., Stockton, CA
Someone go by there and tell them to stop harrassing people.

got a call,i did not answer and no message left. i search the number no name can be found.i found out in the internet comments that this number were calling a lot of people.

Received call on Jan 17, I hung up! So far only one call. I have called Do not call cell number. maybe it's starting to work. have received over 12 calls on my cell phone of varying lengths since dropping my landline. Received them before, but wasn't charged for them. Not  happy!

Caller I.D. says "Stockton".  It's a land line but I have no idea who it is from.  They left no message.

I just received a call several minutes ago. The person claimed to be from some sort of police youth program. I never know if these calls are legit, so I just hung up. I called back to see what they say when they answer, it's a recording just saying thanks for calling their "fundraising office" and went on about leaving a detailed message for them to call back. They also did mention if one wants to be removed from their call list, to leave their name and number. Why do they need a person's name? Just remove the number. Sounds very fishy to me.

The person calling from this number absolutely disgusted me!
They were asking me if stuff about sex. Gross stuff! Stuff involving kids and animals! Yikes!

Same happen to me, but they said it in spanish was yours in spanish too? They asked for my mom, but didnt say her name.

You need to go to www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint about this call!
That is horrible what they said to you!

The man who calls from this number is an American who is associated with an advance fee fraud ring or rings operating out of Ghana and Nigeria. I'm sure he does other scams as well, but he called my automated answering service as (direct quotes) an "international lawyer [that] travels the world for such cases involving large sums of funds".

You are all advised to treat anything he says as fiction.

That's the california police youth charities which is a scam.  they collect money, but dont spend it on the kids.  Same thing for anything firefighter, vets, disabled, etc.  They share info with their other fake charities.  If you get a charity call, ask for website and check for any complaints/scam reports.

i got call from same number .. said i won 550k through facebook .  sent  me  emails ... i answered call  and it was like a room full of telemarkerts..  sounded like packastan .. lol scamm
