    Someone from this number phoned me then hung up.  I believe they somehow are using my number fraudulently.

    I just got a call from that same number and they were a telemarketing firm I guess.  They were promoting a travel agency called Ultimate Excursions that was meeting at some hotel in Frisco, TX.   I don't think they are using your number fraudulently just illegally telemarketing.  I have been on the national do not call list for over seven years and I asked if they check their numbers against that list and she didn't even know what I was talking about and barely spoke English.
