- NancyReceived a voice message that you had to listen to air then in a deep, low gruff voice...(like muttering), the words "Just f#cking answer my calls, infidel"....WHAT??? really...I do get phone calls from this number frequently. More so during business hours..HELLOOOO...I am at work...can't take your calls and then I don't keep my phone with me 24/7 in the evenings either..Send me a letter! Jerks. I saved that message, too

The original email at the bottom, their response immediately below. WOW. They didn't even care about the rudeness or vulagarity of the phone message. I replied back to ask if they had actually read my email???? I didn't write to ask WHY I was getting calls...
Way to go Time Warner Cable! Hmmm and WHY do I keep having service with you? The prices are double what I used to pay and you don't even give a committed customer a "special" every now and then...

I keep getting a call from 210-254-1143 during mainly business hours (when I'm working). I don't
answer/have my phone. Any way this number, if you google it (and you should), states it's a TWC
company of some sort calling. The last time I received a call, just recently it left this message
after hearing air and then a low gruff voice muttering (like I wasn't supposed to hear...) left
these kind words
"Just f#cking answer my calls, infidel"
....ok...now, I don't know really whose
number it is, but it is rounding out back to TWC. If it isn't your number, you all need to do
something about it, because it's making your company look bad and after that LAST call...well..it's
not looking good.And I did save the message..Recevied on 11/21/2012 At 317pm CST. If it IS your
number, or you outsourced a company to do calls (and has that number) well...you REALLY REALLY need
to look into that company. Terrible PR.- Caller: TIME WARNER CABLE- NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!
