Person called and asked me to turn on computer he was going to take the virus's out of it.  Foreign voice.  I told him I was busy now and he asked when a convenient time would be.

I got a call from this number.  I never answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.  I look them up  on my iphone.  I called him back and left a specific kind of message. What a scam!

I received a phone call from 2103195026 on Thursday October 9th at 11:30am. The man on the other end of the phone was an Indian Man (with a heavy accent) and whose Caller ID came up as Louis. I answered the company phone, as I always do, and without even introducing himself or what company he works for, he immediately began talking about how my computer automatically downloads information every time I use social media, bank websites, and other sites that have access to my personal information. He asked if I was sitting in front of a computer and so on. I told him I was and he then tried to transfer me to a "senior account rep" who would further assist me. I immediately hung up and have not heard back from them since. DO NOT ALLOW THESE SCAMMERS TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER!!! Spread the word!

just got a call from"louis" i said hello 3 times. i could hear him but he didnt speak. i looked it up. its in texas. i do not know a single person in texas. what a joke.

Left this voicemail on October 6, 2014:  (lady with a foreign accent)  "We have received a legal case against you, and for that reason, you will be getting arrested from your physical address or your workplace.  If you need any further information, you can reach me at 323-306-0770.  See you at the courthouse."

2103195026 called 10/13 Salt Lake City, Utah area and caller ID was Louis.  Claimed that they were from Microsoft Technical Support and had discovered a "severe virus" location on the computer and needed immediate assistance to show where it was.  Asked to call them back at 3157043682 24/7.  Tried to call back and received "softel unavailable" hangup message.

This is a hoax!!! Have been getting several calls from this number, 2103195026. First time, someone not computer savvy, let them play on my computer. Lucky for me, she didn't have my password to restart so they didn't get into my computer. They said they were from Microsoft and there was a serious virus issue. They wanted my Symantec programs turned off. Thanks goodness she couldn't turn that off. I have a second computer. Got on the Microsoft website and started a chat with Tech Support. Very helpful. Microsoft will not solicit by calling anyone. They will only call if you call them.

I got a call from 210-319-5026. It was a Indian guy and I could barley understand him. He said he was from Microsoft and my computer had a horrible virus. He needed to show me the virus because the virus on my computer was so bad it was warning them at Microsoft. He said he didn't want my computer crashing so we needed to fix it. I was very skeptical and I believe he could sense it. I asked him where he was calling from and he told me Oregon and then told me to hold so he could connect me to his supervisor. I hung up and immediately got a call back. I didn't answer and then as soon as that number got the answer machine a  Dallas TX number called. It was 214-446-4405. It was the same guy! As soon as I said hello he said why did you hang up! This time he said his name was Daniel. I said wow you sound just like the other guy I talked to. They finally got the hint I didn't want whatever it was they were trying to do. I still don't know  the real reason they called but nothing about this call seemed right. The whole time all I could think was they were going to hack into my computer and steal my information. DONT ANSWER THESE NUMBERS!!

this number has called me 4 times now and today was the first time I was home to answer.  They hung up on me when I said
"hello?"
Call ID said "Louis"

"Louis" 2103195026 called today, 10/20/2014 at 3:30 and  asked if this was "jannie".  I said no, he said is this Ms. Adams.  He then said he had info about my computer.  I said I did not have a computer.  He said you  have a laptop then, I said no  I then said I don't even have a cell phone. At this point, he hung up.  

I received a call from this number today. There was a man on the other end with a thick Indian accent insisting that he was calling from Windows IT and that they have access to my computer ID and can tell that someone is trying to hack my computer. He wanted to tell me how I could stop that by telling me what settings to change on my computer. I told him I did not believe him and to prove it. He just told me the same information. I said I could not believe him because there are too many scams going on these days. He almost let a little laugh out under his breath, and agreed that there are a lot of scams out there. He asked me to go on to my computer but I said I could not do that right now and asked for a phone number to call back if I decided to do it later. He would not and that's when I knew for sure it was a scam. I know that if I let him tell me what settings to check on my computer that he would be the one hacking my computer at a later date. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

Just got a second phone call from this number in Paris, France. Very thick Indian accent saying he was calling from Microsoft Windows about my computer. I said I wasn't expecting such a call. He got a little irritated and said again "I am calling from Microsoft about your computer and I am told that you are the main user, is that right?" I put the telephone down.
