3 calls so far in 5 days, when you pick up no one there or they hang up.

Receiving numerous calls from 210-331-5229. No message or when you pick up they hang up.

They have called at least once every day for the last week and 3 times today.  No message left, I did not answer.

Is there a way to block this unwanted caller???  We too have had at least one call a day for the last week plus.  There must be a way to stop it/them!!

Many many many calls day after day, no message, no one on other end of line when I answered.  

Finally today, it is indeed ATT calling to tell me that U-verse is avaialable in my area!

ATT can go screw themselves if this is how they market.

Marketing call from AT&T. I have asked AT&T to stop these calls. They do, they just assign them to a new marketer. The callers are rude, obnoxious and very demanding. Too bad AT&T does not care.

TWENTY + calls in the last week; FOUR today. Caller ALWAYS hangs up after I answer. Are they getting paid by AT&T just to show a call log? They certainly aren't attempting to sell anything! Have been getting regular calls from this number and like the rest of you, getting hung up on....I had no idea the calls were coming from AT&T.  I hope AT&T or someone from their marketing department reads these complaints!  Oh well...Guess I will give them an ear full of ME hanging up on them!  Rude deserves rude

If it is AT&T it makes me wonder if they use that other number to check if the number they dialed is valid.  I got a call from this number yesterday.  Then today I get a call from an 800 number from AT&T.  Well, I didn't even wait to hear what they wanted.  I just said, "No thank you." and hung up.'

The last time they were supposed to give me a better deal, they messed up my account and I was charged more than I was paying before.  No phone calls for this gal.  Send me a letter.

Same as everybody else here. Over and over with the hang ups. Finally got them on the line and they were wanting to switch me off of a historic Bellsouth calling plan that AT&T doesn't want to honor now that they have merged. The lady went on and on about the details of the plan, lost me after a few seconds to be honest because her English wasn't up to par. Especially when she started talking about the international calling policy. They said that my bill would be going down by about $5 with their plan, but their plan sounded a helluva lot more like a cell phone carrier plan than a land line. I told them to go ahead, but as soon as this messege is away I'm calling in to AT&T to make a stink about their customer service.

Very annoying.  They call too many times a day even with call block.  Who is it?

Got a call from West with the number on my caller ID.  No one was on the other end.

I have the same experience as everyone else - they're driving me nuts and just about to convince me to ditch at&t and just use my cell phone.  I called at&t customer service today and had them change my marketing preferences to opt out of phone solicitations and they assured me it would stop the calls.  We shall see.
