leaves no message, just hangs up

This is for a company called Medtronics. They make insulin pumps and onther medical devices.

This number is a Mini-Med number from MN.  Usually informing of shipment issues.

This is MedTronic.   They call to verify monthly shipments of medical supplies to my home.

A former user of their products.
They suck too!  I have not used them in years  and they still call.
Apparently my father invested heavily in them years ago and only
to find out that they were not good for investment. My father lost
a lot of dollars due to their very poor management and money handling.

Just annoying. They simply hangup.

They called my work number and left no message.  I have never had contact with this company before, nor am I diabetic.

I am a customer of them and they still say nothing at all.
I find this happens if you have a time warner internet phone system.
I know they are calling about a shipment, they should say something when i answer

Called both of my lines so I answered.

Maybe you need to change your answering machine's outgoing message...  They called me today and the one doing the calling said they are instructed to just hang up and go to their next customer on their call list...  I answered after he started leaving a message on my phone, but told me he probably wouldn't have left a message if not for my outgoing answering machine message telling the caller that "due to excessive telemarketer call volume, if I don't recognize the displayed number, my answering machine will be used as a call screener and if you don't think it's worth leaving a message, then even if available, I'll assume it's only another telemarketer calling and NOT a call worth answering!"

Actually the corporate offices are in Minnesota however the number 210-395-5500 is in San Antonio, TX where they have offices and warehouses.  If you or someone that lives with you has one of their devices it is a legit call if not it is probably a wrong number.   They do not cold call anyone for sales.

I used to use the Medtronic Insulin Pump because I am a brittle Type I (One) diabetic and I have neuropathy so bad that I don't feel my blood sugar going up or down so, I was counting on this insulin pump to alarm when it went up/down to far.  When I hadn't shown up work after a few hours, my son was called and he came to where I lived and called 911 and they found that my sugar was at 1,069 with no alarms going off.  So, needless to say, I don't use Medtronic anymore for anything!!!

Unless your pump is with a CGM, it will not alert you that your sugar is going up or down.

This company is NOT Medtronic - I deal with Medtronic & this is NOT the # I call or that they call from - total scam said I wrote a bad check - So NOT TRUE !!

they called and silence on the line when i answered.  I use no medtronic products.

Nope. Have not had any business with Meditronics since 2005. They have no valid reason to call me whatsoever.
