they say they are the heart and weight assoc ??????  ask if you have health insurance and if you are having any issues with diabetes, arthritis, etc??? Hung up on me!

yet, received the same call from the same number (210-417-4282) as everyone else.  Asked for me by name and said they are doing a health and weight survey; i asked such as... they mentioned everything in the book, hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, etc.  Hippa (Health info) regulations make it difficult for anyone including your doctors to provide/share information on your health (i.e your ailments) so i knew this was bogus from the get go.  

Additional red flags, no company name on caller id but instead a long bogus series of letters and numbers.  Also tried call the number back (using *67) and the number picked up and sounded like a fax.

I also believe it to be a scam.  Everyone should report it here and as a violation of the national donotcall registry.

Also, if possible, block this particular number from your phone.  This should work til the idiots change the number.

my husband got the call but they asked for me by name. He told them I was at work and they hung up. M

Got a call from this number, but didn't answer, when I listened to the message, it was just breathing.  I didn't call back.

I got the same call from this number, I could tell it was auto dialer, they also said hello to me using my first name, when I said hello with a stern voice the lady hung up on me. I am also on a do not call list. Let's get rid to these cowardly spammers and force them to go to work and get a life.
