Recorded message when I answered asking for donations for Fraternal Order of Police.  I have never heard of this organization making outbound calls asking for money.

Call from San Antonio TX no message

I answered the phone and said hello twice, but no one was there apparently.  Some companies do this to see if the number is good, what time people are home, etc.  Pay attention to this.

This is the same # that has been calling my house lately. I called back from another phone and a guy answers saying "hello'. I told him first time i had the wrong number. i just did it again,as the number was called to my home again, answering machine picked up and he does not leave a message. This happens one to two times a year wanting money for Police.  If you call this number he answers !!!

Scam asking for funds for police fraternal organization.

Fraternal Order of Police called me twice today, Sunday.  I didn't answer either time and they left no message.  FOP is NOT a charity.  It's a labor union organization.  Most of the "donations" they collect goes to the telemarketer and to pay the salaries of the Union bosses.  Anything left over is used to pay the Union dues of disabled police officers.  It's strictly a scam.

i received this call today. I am on the Do Not Call Lust
