Automated message from this number , tells me that IRS is filing lawsuit. please call 210-591-7630 to get case file information. Anyone else get this call ?

This nubmer justs rings and rings, no one picks up line.

I just got a call from a 585 637 0915 telling me the same thing but told me to call the 201 for more info. I got a busy signal. You think its a scam?

Just got the same number to call call as Baily, the sending number on the called ID was 607-324-9846.
Claimed the IRS was suing me and it was a final call.

I got a call from 5124511556 telling me I was being sued by the IRS and to call 2105917630.  Scam?

I got the same thing from this scammer. Out of curiosity, I dialed the number a couple of times and got a busy signal.

I also got the "IRS lawsuit" message today. Interesting, they called it "Internal Revenue ServiceS" -- the real name is Internal Revenue Service.

It's a SCAM.

Report this on the website 'www.TIGTI.gov' for the Inspector General for the Tax Administration.  I got this information from the Dallas FBI field office.  I filed a complaint immediately.

sounds like a scam to me, the IRS does not call you and leave messages like this..... I called back, asked my name and then hung up on me, not only weird but sounds like they are collecting data.

Just recevied the same call, the phone rang for over a minute or 2 finally a person picks up gives me a name and a badge number. Proceeds to tell me that I havent filled taxes since 2011.. incorrect then tells me I owe 4000$. I explain that I dont know how this is a final notice when i never received anything in the mail or any other phone calls before this one. Not once did the person verify my information ask for name or anything. Then tells me to settle the case I need to pay a minimum of 1000$ I explain that I dont have that and want to be placed on a payment plan. He tells me no, after a few minutes of asking questions he tells me if I dont pay they will release a warrant and the police will be picking me up, place me in jail until court in the morning.

I just received the voicemail when I returned home from work.  Tried calling and got no answer. Reported it to the website www.TIGTA.gov as a scam.

Just received a call from 210-591-7630, same message.  I'm being sued by the IRS.

Received the same call.  It's a scam.  IRS will not call you.  If they contact you it will be via U.S. Mail.  They are phishing for information.

Got a phone call from the IRS call 210-591-7630. I was told that the IRS does not call, they will use other means, by mail, certified mail, etc but does not call and leave message like that. It is a scam. I think I heard this on the news.

Got a call from this number didn't answer it was left a message saying call irs I was being sued didn't not try and call the number back.

I got the same call.  I finally got through to someone, who then told me that I owed $2,600 and within a half an hour would be arrested.  I am ashamed to say that I didn't see it for what I was at first and completely freaked me out.  My mom got on the phone after seeing me so upset and they hung up.

I had the same thing happened to me, I got a message : "IRS has a lawsuit against me..".  I was so frustrated while I lost money in business now IRS has lawsuit against me.!!! for the whole day I lost my appetites. I called back to the number, the phone was cut off.
Here is what I think, many telemarket companies out there call you and when you refuse their business, and they want you to call this number as indicates so they will get your numbers again and they will call again for different marketing strategy .

This is a "disturbing peace" and" leading public to fail informations" . Citizens like you and me should urge the IBI stop this annoying [***] !

I got a call from a 607-767-0115 saying that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and  that I need to call 210-591-7630 for further information regarding this "case".  SCAM!

I also received one of these calls. It didn't sound authentic at all. Thank you for verifying that it is a scam and for providing the Treasury website address to report it. I filed a report, also.
