I have rec'd calls from this number for 3 days twice a day.  Caller states I need to contact my attorney because someone has a case filed against me.  That is all the information I rec'd.

This person has called under different phone numbers. I keep blocking and he keeps changing. If it was legit, I'd receive something by registered mail. I can't think of one single reason why someone from a "Fraud Division" would have a case against me. And to say this time if I don't call today, I am waiving my right to counsel? What a load of crap. It doesn't work that way. As if I'm going to call… scammer!

Mr. King called me from this number said I had case against me and when I refused said that the sherrif would be out to pick me up. Told him that I had been diagnosed as being terminally ill stated they would put me in hardship program. Asked them to give me phone numbers and documents of case but could not send me anything. What is the deal with these people?
