caller claimed they were from "customer service department" and I won a free Disney trip. Asked if I was over 28 and to verify if I owned a debit or credit card. Then said I was going to be transferred to another department. Never did ask for any numbers of any kind.

Once I establish that this is a scam/nuisance call I block the number.  But apparently these scammers have endless supply of numbers and call again and again and again.  It's supposedly illegal to robodial 'do not call' numbers.  WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO CONTINUE???

I've had the same issue.  I block the number in my phone and they will call again with a different number, from all over the country.  I don't know what to do to stop these annoying calls!

I Got a call from this number and when I tried to return the call I got a busy signal.

That's what I'd like to know!  I suppose they don't get found out unless we report them.  But like many others I just block them.  I installed a call blocker and it's been great.

This fool called my cell phone, I wouldn't answer. Cell phone is only for family and friends.
