They say they represent US bank out of Texas and say that you somehow are involved in a fradulant check scheme .

I just got the same call! Jennifer from US Bank?? Fraudulent checks...I think it is a scam.

I just called them this morning after not being able to return a call yesterday.  Talked to Nancy and she hung up.  

they wanted me to pay over $1.200 dollars i know its a scam they are a part of payday loans

look like a scam i called back and no answer

and they are calling from national check legitimacy and i looked them up and they are reported as scammers

This number had called several times...leaves message saying her name is Jennifer Paige and is an investigator......its a scam!!!

They called me too. Said the company is "Litigation Services". Funny they give different names. They tell me its about bad checks to a payday loan from 6 years ago. I never had payday loans. and I moved to PA from NJ 5 years ago. They gave my email (gmail) address which I only got 2 years ago as the original email address. They wouldnt tell me the original amount or the original creditor or if they are actual attorneys. I told them Im filing a police report and sending them a Validation Demand Letter. The address they gave is 1444 Wakefield St San Antonio TX 78466 Fax 888-788-4644.
ITS A SCAM and the caller I dont think knows its even a scam. They pay these people to make calls - the people who cal sound legit because they dont know the law or that its a scam. Thats my opinion anyway. total BS - if they call you and know your social call the police and tell them that someone is trying to extort money from you threatening to have you arrested and knows your bank and social sec numbers. Theyll at least call the scammer who likely wont ever call you again.

I have done that and they waited about 6 months and they are calling me again makes me nervous they sounds so real

They are consistently calling me, I talked with someone also, they had old information from 6 years ago, saying i had a payday loan from old bank account.  I told them to send me info, they threatened to send sheriff to my home and work.  It's definitely a scam, I think.  I never got a payday loan.
