keeps calling

I got a call, I answered it and there was a recording to contact them today about a very important legal matter.  I hit redial to (210) 764-6064, which is a San Antonio, TX area code.  The man that answered gave me this information.  VCS Associates- 4244 Ridge Lea Ste 6 Amherst, NY 14226 When I asked what type of firm they were he asked if there was something he could do for me.  I again asked what type of firm they were and he hung up on me.  My guess is a collection agency posing to be a law firm to scare people.  I have gotten called from this number in the past and told that a civil suit was filed in my county.  When I checked with my county, nothing had been filed.  BEWARE of these people- do not give them your information and do not pay them a dime.  Pay the company you owe directly.  This is a debt that has been sold kind of company.

This number calls me about 3 to 4 times a day.  They say it is urgent and when I call back there is no answer.  It seems very fishy to me.
