Message left goes something like this: This message is for..., if you are not ... please hang up. If you are listening to this message then you are agreeing that you are ..." and so on stating they are attempting to collect a debt. Is this LEGAL?

Lady by the name of Joyce with some type of financial company... she said ti so fast was unable to understand..

they just keep on calling, but since i dont answer call from numbers that are not on mu address book.. i gnored them, and they dont leave a message.

I missed a call from this number, so I called back.  A lady answers the phone and asks for a previous owner of this phone number who I've never met.  I explained that to her and asked what company she worked for.  She was rude and said, "What does it matter?  You're not the person I'm looking for anyway, so what does it matter?"  I laughed and said, "You're a nice person!"  And she said, "No, not really."  Okay.  So that company has rude people working for them.

I have had phone calls from this # too, they are looking for a Billy or Betty Smith.  Just because I'm the first Smith in the book they automatically think I'm that person and yes they are very rude & they keep calling me.

This caller just call my name like they know me and are very rude.

i missed this call and called them back. they were looking for a Andy Junor..... i would say it is a bill collector...

They called asking for NXXXXX Brown, don't  know  him or hr or it.....

this number keeps calling and asking for someone named Rudy Miranda.  I have had my number for OVER a year and there is no one named Rudy Miranda at this number.  Given that this numbers calls and harasses others in similar fashion, they must either have bad information or it's a bad dialing system.  Isn't there anything that can be done to stop them?
