Does anyone know who is calling me from this number?

The best way to get rid of these annoying calls is:  

FIRST - Register on the federal no-call list, and your state's list as well.  Your registration on the federal list doesn't expire, but most state lists expire after two years and you must re-register.  In either case, you need to re-register if you get a new phone number.  The lists become effective no more than 31 days after registering; telemarketers are required to check the list every 31 days and purge those numbers from their call list.

SECOND:  If you're called by a telemarketer more than 31 days after your registration on the no-call list, go to both the state and federal no-call sites and submit a complaint. Be sure to report any annoying, rude or threatening statement made by the caller. I just reported this particular number to the fed. site because I'm in WI and they're in OH, so are operating interstate. Others who have problems with this caller should do likewise, and OH residents should complain to the OH no-call site. They won't investigate individual complaints, but if enough separate complaints come in they can take action. Be sure to give the fed or state agency your contact info in case they do investigate. Fines from both fed & state governments levied on telemarketers who ignore the no-call list and/or ignore requests from individuals to put them on THEIR no-call list are substantial, and are imposed on a per-call basis - so enough complaints can definitely put offensive telemarketers out of business. Electronic devices like the TeleZapper, connected to your phone, do NOT have any effect on the caller - telemarketers have figured out how to render them useless. This is one time when you should let the government do the job for you!
