Getting calls says that they are a law office and i need to call them back at once.

I got one too. Their calling my job as well. I told them..Do not my job....they called my job 5 times in row, after I told them they are not aloud to call me at work. They won't tell me who is trying to file legal action against me either. I've never called these people or made  movement to call them.

I have been getting the same call and this guy tells me that I better call or my attorney better or else good luck. calling my work and my cell.

Called my cell and work a # turned them into the ftc.

well I called the number back they are saying they are calling regarding payday loans and that there are outstanding money that is owed. So I said send it to me in writing you have my address and he just hung up on me.

Called me twice now and said the state police was coming to get me...when i got the name and number and told them i was calling my attorney and they said don't involve the attorney so i did

they call me and said, when I get the cash in hand let them know and they would tell me how to send it to them. The real lawyer ( who's name they are using ) in Texas is now investing this . Because it is not his firm!!!!

They called my work today.  I am so glad I found this site.  How do you handle them calling?

This number has called our school about 5 times and we even stated that we were the person that looking for.  They continuously call and hang up after we recognized them.

Called saying me or my attorney had better call.

They called me all day long today and left message saying I had to call them I did I told them that I want them to mail me what they are talking about he said yes u will be pick up tomorrow and u will get it then.  I love how the first guy u talk to says hold while I get the paralegal then u hear someone push three buttoms on the phone then someone else come on the phone.

They've been calling me multiple times on my cell and even called my work phone number. The only way they could have gotten my number was when I applied for some loans online. I don't have any outstanding payday loans. The guy said his name was Adam West and didn't say what company he was from. Just that I should call him or have my attorney call and that if I don't respond good luck as the situation unfolds on me. I am so not scared of this dude it's not even funny. He doesn't want me to answer the phone as he won't like what I say.

Adam West was the actor that played in the tv show batman with Burt Ward WTF now they think they are super heroes

I got a phone call from this number saying that I had a lawsuit against me, they called my phone over and over again until I picked up that phone call. When I told him to stop bleeping calling me he told me that I was going to be 'picked up' and prosecuted.

I called back and another man told me the company filing the lawsuit was called us financial lending. I have never even heard of this company nor can I find them anywhere online. I hung up almost immediately after saying I was going to call my lawyer, and now the guy won't talk to me. It's for sure some kind of scare tactic scam, and they have Indian accents just like all of the other telemarketers. Hope this helps.

This number keeps calling and harassing me too. I applied for a payday loan online with some company... something pea.com... Anyway, since then, every scammer on earth has been calling me and telling me there is a lawsuit against me and that the authorities are coming to get me AT WORK. I don't know who gets away with this. Obviously if I applied for a payday loan, I don't have money to give some scam. These guys are rude and you should all file a complaint with the FTC about them too. I called the number back repeatedly and they keep hanging up on me.

This is definately a scam. They called me saying they were coming to get me but since my credit history showed I was a good person they would not arrest me if I paid them 786.23. When I told them I would have my attorney call them they hung up.
