Started yesterday after work with I owe $1800 Dollars or I am going to court!
I said serve me!

Run SCAM SCAM....

Calls my cell phone often, never leaves a message.

YES SCAM!   If  you answer they want your dob and last four of your SSN!  No way  they can be legitimate~

Just got a call from them too, no message.  Adding to my phone reject list.

I just discovered my phone company offers selective call forwarding.  Now 210-853-2335 will be receiving all the scam artist telemarketing hangup callers who are trying to scam me.  Except I still block this number.

They are from "Collin County" and will be coming to serve me a summons at my place of residence or current employment unless I call them back at this number (not the number that showed up on my caller id).  BUT, I can stop this from happening if I call him back....He actually said, it is up to you if you want to go to jail or not and if you want your co-workers to see you halled off in handcuffs...

These people are the scum of the earth...I get calls like this and I once entertained one of them and made the caller so mad by calling out all of his BS that his called me a "B" and hung up....

Don't even answer any of these calls...they do end up giving up and they stop...but, mine just started back up again....

The number 888-550-9810 left à message on my phone. When i returned the call the lady said her name was Lisa Scott. She had my name, ssn, drivers licences  and street adresse. They were claiming i owed à debt on an Internet loan attached to an old back account.  Another lady came on the line and the debate of me being smart enough to know to pay back my debt started. Because she didnt get Any funds out of me she ended the call saying i guess i'll be going to jail. I asked for here name since i already  had  Lisa Scott 's name and she got quiet. I asked again & she said Sarah. I said & your last name? She said Cooper. She said ok then go to jail & i got quiet. She said hellto see if i was still on the phone. i said hello. she said Any more ?'s i said no. the goodbye was weird because i wanted her to Hang up since they originated the call. i think i pissed her off. so now Im waiting to be served. wé'll see what happens next.

Called me and started quoting my SSN#, BiIGSCAM! Look Out!!!!

Some law enforcement agency should shut them down.

I recieved a call from this number 2108532335 but it only referred me to 18885509810 and to press option 9 for a rep. But when I called the number someone answered the line(couldnt understand name or company) and I asked who they were calling for because this is a retail store and im not getting the whole message just the number to call back. she told me and I said Im not sure if that person works here but ill check and CLICK! she hung up. ok so i tried again (this is before i read all these posts) and a girl named melissa answered seemed nicer and I again explained and she just hung up on me again. So yes be careful with these people they are trying to SCAM you out of your hard earned money

They go by several BS aliases. financial mediation group, dynamic recovery solutions and arbitration resolutions just to name a few. They also call using many, many different phone numbers. Since I am in the greater Houston area, they have used 713 904-1618, 713 338-2162 and 713 422-2753. A Houston area code.

Here is the message they last left: "Voicemail from (713) 422-2753  

"You have an impending matter held in our office that needs your direct response. We have several options available for you to resolve this matter voluntarily. Please direct all correspondence to toll-free number at 8885509810. Please press the nine key to be connected to the next available representative. Thank you and have a wonderful day. This message is solely intended for ------------------. If this is not ---------------. Please disregard this message immediately. I'm calling from the office of Financial mediation group as an attempt to notify you of an impending matter held in our office that needs your direct response. We have several options available for you to resolve this matter voluntarily. Please direct all correspondence to toll-free number at 8885509...."  

You get the idea. Just another low life collection agency who buys old, uncollectable debts for pennies on the dollar and tries to scam you into paying them. It doesn't matter if the debt is valid or not.

They just gave me the same wording they would take me to court i told 5hem i wnted to pay but they kept placing me on hold.

What ended up happening with these people. They just called my parents asking to call me. They gave me a docket number and said he will be coming to my place of business.

Check the satute of limitations for debt in your state. If it is past the limit, tell the caller that and hang up. Don't let them fool you into paying anything.
