I got a phone call on my cell phone at 10:45am and answered. No one responded. I tried calling back a few times and just got a busy signal or a message stating "all circuits are busy at this time".

Blocked this piece of sh*t

Answered the call and computer voice immediately said "congratulations, you have won...."  I hung up before it went into it's spill.  Wish the Do Not Call list worked.  Maybe the politicians in Washington should ban robo calling as a tax deductable advertising expense.  That would certainly help stop this crap.

called 11/23/2015, didn't leave message. I called the number, the automated voice said "this survey has ended....press 9 to be removed from our list".

If you get a call offering you a low interest credit card, savings on your energy cost, a vacation or anything that sounds too good to be true, and the recording asks you to press a number for the offer then take note of my next sentence. The call is more than likely coming from a skip tracer or debt collector hoping to have you verify enough information so they can start harassing you. It is an illegal technique being used by the low life scum who buy old uncollectable debt for pennies on the dollar and then try to bully someone into paying with illegal threats in direct violation of the fair Debt Collection Act. Even when they have the wrong number, they will call the last known number of someone relentlessly. There is a special place in hell for these dirtbags,

Did not answer the phone call from 2108921790.  Checked the number with whocallsme website and was glad that I did not answer the call.

I'm a senior citizen and these callers are disturbing my health!!!
