guy caller claiming to work for the sheriffs department & asking to speak to an employee. then cursed me out on the phone.

Same with me.  He went as far as to threaten to get me me fired from my job.  I called the Sherrif's Department and they don't have a Federal Crime Enforcement Network.

Claims he is officer Matthew nice from climate forest financial and said. He had warrants and law suits
On me then cursed at me when I said this a scam this is a total scam

Such a scam this man has called 11 times a day
He can't remember his name each time lol
I called the FBI there isnt any such person as Matthew

this a*hole with a thick accent, called me gave me a case #, told me to write it down, i said ok, he said give me your case number, i said you already have it, he repeated it again , and then said give me your case number, i said you have it, he said I am from the crime bureu, and he is sending a sherrif to my house, i said no you are not youre in India and you are an a*hole

Sgt. John Marshall @ ext 115 claims that my sister owes a debt and that they were going to send the police to arrest her if payment is not made. Threatened to make her lose her job. Calls incessantly.

I keep getting calls from 2108922679 from Captain John Marshall and Officer John Marshall (seems this guy gets promoted to new position everyday)  stating he has an arrest warrant against my name and social security # . I pulled up my credit report and i don"t have any outstanding collections on my name or social security#. This is a scam that has been going on for the last 3 years on and off, they threaten to come to my work and home to arrest me but it never happens. they have my wrong home address to begin with.I need help stopping this calls to my phone and work.

He called our phone and work recently alot by the name John Marshall and saying he is a sherriff and has a warrant for arrest and caused alot of trouble at work, am a nurse.

I keep getting these calls as well...John Marshall....telling me to use a Wal-mart prepaid card or go to western union...telling me there are 3 counts against me....also he got mad when I challenged him about why can I not use another form of payment....He hung up on me....then called back and told me that if I can't pay that day to be at the courthouse in 30minutes.....really are you kidding me.....also he will make sure that I have a bad day...and to be careful at my home and my work....This has got to stop...........Oh yeah, I'm even getting text messages saying PLEASE CALL.......

I could understand the man--he had a strong accent.  He has called my home and my work.  On 8-30 he stated he was with a law firm and that there was fraud against my social security number and then today 8-31 he called and he stated he was with the sherrif office and that he had an arrest warrent and to call asap.  This has got to STOP.  He called about 3-4 weeks again too and now his calls are starting back up again.

Same man called me at my work and stated that he was an officer. He instructed me to take down a name and phone # which was the 210-892-2679 and that if i didn't call within 10 minutes there would be officers coming to "pick me up". As I was talking to him I looked the phone number up and found this website. So when I informed him that I knew it was a scam he got angry, said he would send the police to my house. I asked where would the police be coming and he gave me an address in Florida, I live in North Carolina. He then said that he would be contacting my employer, so I said, here I'll let you speak to my boss. By the time by boss got on the phone, he hung up.

Kept getting a call from a man who sounds like he is from India.  Can barely understand him. Claims he had a complaint from a Officer Michel Black, against my #ss number.  And I am to call 210-892-2679, or turn myself in to local police dpt, or have officers come to work with a signed warrant.
