It's a number appearing from a VoIP service..like Skype or some other type of softphone. A virtual number and is not really dangerous unless they ask for ur information and u give it out..esp if its something that has to do with $$$$. So if u're not familiar with the person you get to talk to, just hang up. Nonetheless, pick it up, coz it might be ur relatives or friends from a different area using the net to call you...

I received a call from this number apparently from a friend in Qatar. Her phone is a pre-paid line in Qatar.
