I received a call this evening at 8:40pm. I didn't pick up because it was the second time he has called me. The first time he called he claimed that he  was calling for Rutgers University for a survey.

I just received this call and no  message was left.

I just received a call from these guys.. no msg left and called id showed unavailable.

I work from home and do not have caller i.d. so I just screen my calls via answering machine.  it is a SUNDAY and I got 2 hangups.  I decided to pay the cost of a *69 to see if I could get the number and it was 212-448-5501.  I did a google search and found this site.  I thought I was registered for Do Not Call list but just registered again in case there is an expiration (?)

It is bad enough that the political calls have to come no matter what but this other crap?  On a SUNDAY??? grrrrr!!!!!

Callwave ID says SCHULMAN RONCA, New York, NY. I'm supposed to be on the National Do Not Call List, but seems that doesn't matter much for some of these bozos.

1st time I've gotten a call from this number-caller name is "unknown". I'm also registered with National Do Not Call Registry & will continue to file complaints when these kinds of calls come to my number

This is a fruadulent company trying to get your info to scam you don't respond or answer

I get calls almost every night between 8:30 and 8:40 CST from this number. No one talks or they hang up after 3 rings. I am sick of this crap since my husband starts work at 2:30 AM and this interrupts his much needed sleep.

This number has called for the past two days and after three rings hangs up. I'm registered to with the DNC. I will file a complaint.

Who ever it is needs not to call again Find a real job and leave everyone else that does work alone, we all have better things to done then answer hear idiots in the back ground and say nothing when repeatly told hello.

Received this call a short time ago. My AM picked up the call and I heard a male and female voice talking and then they hung up.

This is ridiculous.  They keep calling and calling.  They go to voicemail, but leave no message.  As everyone else here, I am registered with the DNC database.

They call in the morning, but get more persistent after 6:30 (CST).  Most legit business do not call after 6 and in NY (where the call originates), it's after 7:30.

Frustrating!!

They were representing themselves as the State of Massachusetts Department of Disease Control

why can't the authority do something about these callers?  are they legal?  what do they want?  where do we go to complain, and who's responsible to stop their harrassing acts?

Just received a call yesterday (6;30pm) from 239 415-4400 from caller ID SRBI
and today (7:30pm 2/6/09) from 212 448 5501 number.
Yes this one was a state survey.
I am reporting them.
I am registered DNC.

2/7/09 My plan is to get a hold of SNBI and call them everyday at the same time!

the calls your from a national research firm most of the calls are goverment research to make sure YOUR AND MY tax money is being spent wisely on this list here all i see is ignorance if you would listen you would know that all your complaining is just ignorance as they are trying to insure that your getting the correct services and that your own money is spent appropriately
