    It's been ringing me now for at least six months they won't give up I was starting to think it was something important lol

    So all they want me to do is pay for a green card is that right??

    Also rec'd a call from this number and they're asking for money upfront.
    According to the Embassy's website, you are only required to pay a fee WHEN you are successful, not before that time and it is payable to the Consulate only.
