This number calls with a recorded message that you are eligible for grants and need to talk to their representatives. There is no operator on the line while the message plays to answer questions (which is illegal), and the speaker speaks too fast to take accurate notes. When you press "1" to get to an assistant to process your grant, you only get a voice mail box to leave a message.

Internet searches say this is Merchant Cash and Capitol.  They keep calling my cell phone so I have records, but they keep calling my business toll-free number so I have to pay for the calls.  They hang up as soon as I answer.  They change numbers all the time and when you call back you get a fax.  One other number I believe is coming from the same company because I get the same thing and it is usually not to long after the first call is 777-449-2763.

I hope you all are turning these numbers into the government complaint do not call site.

As I was not able to answer the call, the caller was sent to voice mail.  There was no message when I accessed voice mail.

Answered the phone and got a recorded message giving a man's name with business funding; and stating he was calling because now that I've been doing business for 2-3 years...At this point I asked, "Is this a live caller or a recorded message?"  The recording continued so I hung up.  The recording was very natural as if a real person was on the line.  I knew they had to be fishing because I've been in business for 28 years.  The caller ID read "New York NY
