they called my phone and said my name and i said whos thius???...and they just hang up i try callen back and they hang up...how can i find out who it was???

I just got a call from them as well. When asked "who is this?" the guy responded 'James, with the US Department of Education." My daughter said I wasn't home and can she take a message. The line went quiet. Nothing. I don't think it could be legal to claim to be someone with a federal agency unless you are.

The guy called my phone several times, I requested not to be called back. He called again I answered the phone what?! He responded "Is that how you answer the phone?" I said it's my phone anf I asked you not to call back. He called right back and my friend answered the phone, he refused to identify himself, sje toils him to place my number on the dnc list anf hung up. The guy calls right back and asks me what is my problem. Still refusing to identify himself,or the company he is calling for.

they called me half an hour ago and ask for stephanie ...told them no stephanie here and donot call me again

they just called me and it is a scam because they called my sister n law last week and conned her out of $250.00

been getting calls from this # for over a year, asked numerous times to take me off the list. sick of the calls and refuse to stop! They need to be educated for a real job.

I put a call blocked app on my cell phone. And all calls from this SCAM COMPANY are now blocked. AWESOME ..

just got a call from this #, they didnt say anything except to hang up!

here's how you take care of this problem....if you have call toward selective on your phone service....put toward all your unwanted number like 800,900, and eve. their own number back to them....let them talk to each other and leave you alone.

Now I look up most calls from out of town. I have 15 contacts in my cell phone that says Don't answer tele market. I get calls all the time.

I just got a call from this number asking for me using my full name claiming that they were from the U.S. Department of Education. There was a lot of background noise and the caller was very rude. After I said to wait a minute, they hung up. Also, apparently the area code is for Manhattan in New York.
